Good News Message.

This morning, the 1st of June, a car was seized from Strichley by the Nedge Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT). This was following reports by residents that the car had neither valid road tax or current MOT. The car was located by officers on a public car park and checks confirmed residents concerns.

The Nedge SNT are urging all vehicle owners to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained and legally registered. Vehicles without MOT's may have hidden faults that pose a danger to other road users. It is only by police and residents working together that we can tackle this kind of issue effectively.

Residents are encouraged to report suspected untaxed or abandoned vehicles via the DVLA or to West Mercia police.
