Just a note to all local residents of Erdington, Stockland Green, Kingstanding & Tyburn i would like to let you know if you are experiencing any concerns or issues with a HMO in your location in relation to tenants or any other HMO related business then please fee free to report the issue on 101/ 999 if there is an immediate need or you can email myself if not urgent and i will try and assist in any way i can as i have a good working relationship with most of the Housing Providers & Managing agents.
