I am Mike and I am a volunteer with Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch assisting with reviewing schemes on the system.

There are schemes / members who have been on the system for a number of years and the information is not always correct / current. 

In your case you are showing as being a DEPUTY COORDINATOR of a NW scheme called WINSFORD - GRANGE LANE.

Records show that the scheme has no main coordinator - but you are showing as being the deputy. Protocol dictates that there must be a coordinator to run / maintain the scheme. In the absence of a coordinator then the scheme will be deleted. I need to know whether you would be interested in taking over the role of main coordinator or know a person that could be approached?

If you are already running the scheme then I need to amend your status from DEPUTY.

If, after this appeal no one takes over the role then the scheme will be deleted.
