Residents, unfortunately there has been a fair bit of car crime in the Quinton area recently. 

Between the 16th and 17th May a motorcycle was stolen from a property on Hagley Road West. The chain and lock that secured the bike was cut. Another stolen vehicle was a Toyota Yaris taken from the same road but not from the same property.

Between 17th and 18th May a Nissan Juke was stolen from Peel Walk.

Between 5am and 5:30am on 18th May a Toyota Rav-4 was stolen from Edenhall Road. It was however found and recovered the next day.

And finally between 21st and 22nd May a Range Rover Evoque was stolen from Quinton Road West. 

Please take a bit of time to look at your vehicle security and if there is anything you can add or put in place to help prevent yours from being stolen. The more layers you have the better, consider lighting, alarms, steering locks, driveway posts, immobilisers, cctv. 

Your neighbourhood officers will patrol as much as they can, try to find the outstanding vehicles and gathering any information that helps progress the investigations.
