Blakenall NHT Police Activities

Dear resident,

Hope you are all well and having a good start for your week.

Here’s a quick roundup from your local policing team of some of the work we have been doing over the last couple of days in the area of Blakenall, Leamore, Birchills and Beechdale.

  • Patrols were made in the neighbourhood area in relation to off Road bikes- Remington Road, Goscote Lane / Swannies Field/The lea and Barracks Lane but also in other areas.
  • Reedswood Retail Park came in our attention for shoplifting. Therefore, we increased our patrols and engagement in the area.
  • On Miner Street in Birchills, the local PCSOs posted flyers to houses in the area in regards the ASB (Anti-social Behaviour) and quad/motor bikes. We also discussed with the local residents and reassured them against crimes and ASB.
  • ASB and targeted patrols were completed around Bloxwich and Blakenall to deter crime.
  • Thanks to information received from the public, two outstanding suspects have been placed in custody.
  • PCSOs from Blakenall NHT visited Croft Academy and delivered advice on ‘stranger danger’ and social media use.
  •
