Suspicious Activity - LEYBOURNE CHASE

Good Afternoon everyone!

I hope everybody is safe and well.

I posted recently about some suspicious activity where an individual was behaving inappropriately towards women. We have received yet another report with similar behaviour, potentially from the same individual. The incident took place next to a pond near to HAWLEY DRIVE where a female was approached by a male who made inappropriate comments towards her regarding her clothing, and was overly friendly with her two young children. Neither the female or the children were harmed during the interaction but as you can imagine, caused a significant degree of concern.

I have spoken to a number of residents today and all seem to be aware of what has been happening in the area. This is good as it heightens awareness within the community. I am pleased to see that people are coming forward with information and I would encourage this to continue. The description of the suspect that we are working off is as follows:

- WHITE male

- Around 70 years of age

- Head full of GREY hair

- TROUSERS (Unknown colour)

- LIGHT coloured coat.

I appreciate that this is not much to go on. However if anybody observes this behaviour, please let us know as we are keen to identify this individual and prevent this behaviour from continuing.

Thanks once again to all of you for your help and support.
