Cramlington Neighbourhood Team – Partnership Operations Update

Today, the Cramlington Neighbourhood Team worked in partnership with colleagues from Northumberland County Council’s Community Safety Team to conduct spot inspections of council-owned garages suspected of being used to store off-road motorcycles. This joint initiative reinforces our message that through collaborative working, we are committed to tackling illegal and anti-social behaviour in our communities.

In addition, we carried out a targeted operation with Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service and the Northumbria Police Operation Capio team to address motorcycle-related disorder in the Cramlington area. The operation also aimed to provide visible reassurance and protective patrols following a recent spate of fires that have impacted local residents.

These multi-agency efforts demonstrate our continued dedication to keeping Cramlington safe and supporting our communities.
