Dear Resident
On Chartridge Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4NS, between the 12th and the 14th of May 2025, between 00:30hrs and 07:00hrs, Victim had his vehicle parked for a long time in the residents parking area located on CHARTRIDGE WAY. Vehicle has not been in use for a while as needed some parts to be replaced, new battery and break callipers as well as a new MOT. Last time vehicle was seen in the car park was 12/05/2025 just after midnight, locked and secured. Victim believes offenders might have towed it away as it was not in a driveable condition. Victim's vehicle details are as per below: A black Volvo, plate number LK05VOA.
