Speeding concerns were brought up at a recent Pact meeting.  

If you have a speeding concern in your area this needs to be reported to the Lancashire Road Safety Partnership.  If you go onto their website you will find further information and an online form.

If you would like to request speed bumps on your street you need to contact your local council's traffic management team ( council's website) and provide evidence for the need for them.  This typically involves compiling data on speeding  and accidents,  and gathering witness accounts and testimonies from residents.  The council may then conduct an assessment.
