Good Afternoon,

The Child Centred Policing Team in Sevenoaks have been made aware by a Primary School in the district,  that there is a WhatsApp group that has been created, encouraging people to add everyone they know to it, with over one hundred members. 

We are keen to reiterate to parents, to ensure that social media is being used correctly and its use is monitored.

I have attached some information that specifically relates to “WhatApp”, however internetmatters.org offers a wide range of useful advice, in relation to internet safety.
