Morning Everyone,

Spent an hour in Polopit this morning between

8.30 & 9.30 am.

Clearly alot of traffic coming off the A14 through Polopit & then sharp right at onto the back roads.

The attached image shows where i was pointing the hand held speed gun & probably due to the parked car on the bend the fastest vehicle was clocked at only 24 mph.

The speed limit is 30 mph through the village.

Speaking to several of the locals this morning, they told me that the Sat Nav shows a 5 min saving thus funneling traffic through polopit, along the back roads & rejoining the A14 Further down the road.
