Yesterday, PC Larsen and PC Hobday have responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the vicinity of Ashford High Street. The male was given multiple opportunities to leave, but refused to do so as well continuing to shout, swear and cause a public nuisaince. He was arrested for being Drunk and Disorderly in a public place and taken to custody where he has since been Charged and Bailed to Court. 

The same male has been issued a Community Protection Warning upon his release, which will be in-effect for the next 6 months, prohibiting various actions which are consistent with street drinking, as well as including an exclusion zone.
