Here is a round-up of what has been happening in Willenhall South, New Invention, and Short Heath over the last couple of weeks.
We are continuing with our patrols in Willenhall Town Centre and Memorial Park. We have seen a reduction in ASB but an increase in reports of off-road bikes. Whilst on patrol we have also seen theses bikes and are collecting intelligence for our next off- road bike operation. We are patrolling all areas where off road bikes are being reported.
Regarding the ASB at the Brackendale Shopping centre there has been no further reports and Officers are continuing with their patrols.
We are glad to report the ASB has been significantly reduced as we tend to get more reports of ASB when the weather is nice and hot.
We attended the Streetwatch in Scholars Heath which is still going very strong. Thank you to all the volunteers who take part to help us keep this community safe.
2 more shoplifters were arrested by Walsall Officers this week.
On 6th May we attended Pool Hayes Academy with our guest speaker Gary Williams from ‘Precious Lives ‘ who spoke to year 6 about Knife Crime, Choices and Joint Enterprise and his life and how he turned it around.
We have being taking part in the VE celebrations all over Willenhall. Thank you to everyone who organised the events and to everyone who turned out to celebrate the 80th Anniversary.
