Introduction

Hello. I would like to introduce myself to the residents of Redcar. I am Police Sergeant Martyn Weston and I run the Neighbourhood Police Team in Redcar Town along with my colleague PS Dave Smith. I have been in this role for around three years. I have worked all over the force and around the country as a police officer. But I have to say that this is by far my favourite role so far. I am proud of my team and the work we do, but most of all I am proud to deliver great Neighbourhood Policing to Redcar. I hope that everyone uses this site to report concerns to us so that we can understand our community's issues better, offer a better service and tackle the problems we need to tackle.
