Dear Resident

This is usually the time of the month when I'd send out the crime figures for the previous month, however we've been given a direction from HQ to desist from sending these as it's felt that people on a whole aren't particularly interested or that they can cause unnecessary alarm. Some are also unsubscribing from the service as they feel that the get to many messages. I might be flattering myself that if anyone on our area feels they are getting to many messages they aren't including the ones from me but feel free to put me right in this respect :-)

I do tend to send alerts out if there are any burglary's, thefts, vehicle crimes that may impact the wider community either as appeals for information or crime prevention reminders but if anyone does want the crime figures for their area I'll continue to share them with the Parish Councils on a monthly basis as usual.
