Hope this message finds you well. I am sending you this email in regards of the stickers and the Neighbour watch signs that you requested. I wanted to apologise to you as I stated that I was coming in your area during this week to give to you and your neighbours some stickers to put on the windows and change the Neighbour watch signs on the road.

Unfortunately I have been quite busy and couldn't come at all in this past three days that I worked. Today, as I was a bit more free, I was planning to pay your area a visit, but when I went in the police store room, where we keep all those stickers and sign, I found out that they have been used all, and only a couple were left.

My next plan for this new week coming in it will be to go to collect new stickers and police signs and come to you and your area and personally give some of those stickers to all of you. Again, I apologise for the delay, but I couldn't make it faster then this, hope you all can understand.

I am looking forward to conduct some patrol and see you all next week in your area, I will make sure to bring new stickers and signs for the road. Have a good weekend.
