Status enquiry - Macc - Poynton East & Pott Shrigley - Georges Road West & Close NWS.

Hi Resident

I am Mike and I am one of the volunteers with Cheshire Neighbourhood Watch looking after the administration of the schemes.

Enquiries reveal that you are showing as a member of - Macc - Poynton East & Pott Shrigley - Georges Road West & Close NWS.

This message has been sent to all 11 persons who are shown as current members.

I am aware that the scheme has been in existence for some considerable time and that the current information is potentially woefully out of date. 

The reason for the enquiry is:-

  • Currently the scheme is showing as unapproved.
  • I have been unable to contact the person who is shown as being the main coordinator.

    • In order to remain as a NW scheme there has to be a main coordinator who is responsible for running and maintaining the scheme. 

     

  • I need to know if the scheme is still active? If so, who is the main coordinator?
  • If not, are any of the existing members or another person willing to take on the role of main coordinator?  Support and guidance will be provided if required.

    • If no one is prepared to take over the role then the scheme will have to be deleted.
