Good morning,
We have recently seen a spate of moped and motorcycle thefts across our wards, with offenders hitting Chaddesden Lane, Dale Road, Dayton Close, Nottingham Road and Waterford Drive. These are in the Chaddesden and Spondon areas, but we have seen these offences on the rise across all of our wards. This could be due to a number of factors such as opportunists trying their luck, or simply because the motorbike has been left insecure.
