Our Officers stopped a black Hyundai on Gloucester Way earlier today. Both male occupants have been arrested for Possession of drugs with intent to supply. We continue to pro-actively target the issues and concerns that our residents tell us about.
Crime Updates Anti-social behaviour (ASB) was defined in the Crime and Disorder Act (1998) as acting in a manner that caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as the perpetrator. Just as individuals will have differing expectations and levels of tolerance so will communities have different ideas about what goes beyond tolerable or acceptable behaviour. Below is a list of many types of ASB, Nuisance behaviour, Urinating in public, Setting fires (not directed at specific persons or property), Inappropriate use of fireworks, Throwing missiles, Climbing on buildings, Impeding access to communal areas, Games in restricted/inappropriate areas, Misuse of air guns, Letting down tyres, Vandalism, Graffiti, Damage to bus shelters, phone kiosks, street furniture, buildings, trees, plants & hedges. If you have any information about ASB in the area, you can tell us about it in a number of ways- Email the team direct chelmsleywood@westmidlands.police.uk Call the Police on 101 or use live chat on the WMP website www.west-midlands.police.uk Report to the Solihull Community Housing ASB team. Call 0121 717 1500, send a text to 07781 474 722 or online www.solihullcommunityhousing.org.uk You can also give information 100% anonymously to CRIMESTOPPERS,
