Criminals are experts at impersonating people.  Always check who you are talking to and if you are unsure report it and get help.

Always log onto a website directly rather than clicking on links provided.

Never give your card pin details and never send money to someone who you don't know.

Never make a decision based on phone calls.  

Never go with anyone you don't know to withdraw cash.
