Exeter Police have been made aware of several recent breaks into some of Exeter’s closed buildings, including the HARLEQUINS CENTRE and HEAVITREE ROAD POLICE STATION and MAGISTRATES COURT. Unfortunately, those responsible have caused extensive Criminal Damage. 

Exeter Police will be carrying out extra patrols and checks of these areas in the coming weeks. Not only is entering and causing damage to these buildings’ illegal, they are also highly dangerous places to enter and explore, with a high risk of injury or death. 

We would please ask people to refrain from accessing these sites in the future, we are working with the buildings security teams to make them further secure.
