We are very aware that a group of males are using an off-road motorbike (so no registration plate) for on-road use in Upper Rissington. Please keep reporting this to us and we will do our best to attend at the right time - we really are listening! But we'd love some additional help in the meantime. Do you know who is riding it? Do you know where it is stored? Do you spot your neighbour wheeling it into their rear garden? Do you have any doorbell footage that clearly shows the rider's face? Please help us to stop this dangerous behaviour and help remove the bike from the roads. Thank you
