We have received reports concerning a vehicle PX05UFU parked in your area.

Having carried out the relevant checks on police systems, there appears to be no registered keeper for the vehicle, along with no insurance or valid MOT.

Section 99 of the Highways Act 1984 warns that vehicles can be removed if it is on a road or any other public land:

-Causing obstruction to persons using the road/ other land.

-Appears to have been abandoned without lawful authority.

If this vehicle is not moved off road with the DVLA updated in 24 hours, the vehicle will be removed under the legal powers stated above.
