As part of the OP SCEPTRE week of action around knife crime, PCSO’s from the South Northants Neighbourhood police team will be bringing a knife disposal bin to the following locations to allow for safe disposal of household knives:

Friday 23rd May 2025

15.30pm to 16.30pm - Village Hall, The Green,  Nether Heyford

16.45pm to 17.45pm - High Street, Bugbrooke Chapel 

18.00pm to 19.00pm - Village Hall, Ashby Court, Kislingbury 

19.15pm to 20.15pm - Bowls Club, Harpole 

Saturday 24th May 2025

15.30pm to 16.15pm - Londis, Towcester Road, Old Stratford 

16.30pm to 17.15pm - The Green, Deanshanger

17.30pm to 18.15pm - Cottage Stores, Potterspury 

19.30pm to 20.15pm - Top of the Queen Elizabeth Recreation Ground, Roade  

20.30pm to 21.00pm - Islington Road Recreation Ground Car Park, Towcester 

These times are subject to change due to operational duties but we will do our best to keep to them.

Please come along to speak to your local officers and dispose of any unwanted knives and sharp items from within your home. 

This is to help tackle knife crime which is a priority for Northamptonshire Police.
