Are you brilliant at bringing people together to achieve collective aims? Do you have an interest in improving policing and community safety in Warwickshire and beyond? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Policy and Partnership Officer. 

As a key part of a small but dynamic team at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, the successful candidate will be involved in building effective and enduring relationships with a wide range of partners and stakeholders to help to deliver the priorities of the Police and Crime Plan. 

The role will be involved in the development and implementation of a wide range of policies, plans and strategies across a range of topic areas, but will primarily focus on leading work on prioritised themes that support delivery of the Police and Crime Plan. 

Currently, the role holder will lead on:

  • business and retail crime
  • rural crime
  • certain categories of vulnerability and exploitation
  • aspects of road safety.

    Responsible to: Head of Policy and Partnerships 

    Full Time (37 hours per week)
