Breach Of Criminal Behaviour Order

Yesterday 9th May 2025, I was involved in the arrest of a male for breaching his community behaviour order. These orders are granted by the courts for those that persistently cause anti-social behaviour in our communities. This particular male has been causing problems in the DOVER town area for sometime. I'm pleased to say that he was charged with the offence and remanded to court.

The orders allow the courts to place conditions on persons to prevent them causing anti-social behaviour and any breaches are robustly dealt with by myself and PC MORRISON.

If anyone has any concerns regarding ASB then please let me know.

Regards

Ben
