Community Engagement and Patrols conducted today


 

Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team have been out and about throughout the afternoon conducting shoplifting patrols around the town centre of Bakewell as well as doing community engagements at Methodist Church in the town as part of their open doors event which they run weekly on a Thursday. Furthermore, the team have also been out doing patrols in the rural communities and providing crime prevention material on topics people who had requested it.

 

This evening the team have conducted further high visibility patrols in the Darley Dale area providing reassurance following recent reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in the locality.
