Crime Report Hucknall for the week to midnight Wednesday 7 May 2025


Officers from the Hucknall Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding beat surgeries on the following dates. 

SAINSBURYS LOCAL, WATNALL ROAD, HUCKNALL, Tuesday 20 May 2025 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

Broomhill Road, NG15 6AD Saturday 10 May 2025 10:00am – 11:00am 

Tesco Extra, Ashgate Road, NG15 7UQ Sunday11 May 2025 11:00am – 12:00am 

TESCO EXPRESS on ANNESLY ROAD, HUCKNALL. Saturday 17 May 2025 – 9:30am – 10:30am

Crimes reported over the past seven days.

Burglary Dwelling

Between Friday 2 May and 4.58pm on Tuesday 6 May in Broxtowe Drive, Hucknall, the glass in a rear patio door was smashed to gain entry to a property. We do not know at this time if anything was stolen.

Around 4.29pm on Thursday 1 May near the cemetery on Broomhill Road, Hucknall, a 12 year old male was pushed off his white, with black and orange seat, Carrera pushbike, by a male who stole the bike.

At 10.22pm on Monday 5 May at the Hucknall Tram car park, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, the front tyre was stolen from a pushbike.

At 11.23pm on Friday 2 May in Barbara Square, Hucknall, a report of 12 teenagers around 15 years old, on the green near Ward Avenue, being rowdy, drinking and playing loud music.

At 11.48pm on Friday 2 May in Chatsworth Drive Hucknall, a report of three or four people in the communal areas of a block smoking drugs. A similar report was received at 1.32am on Wednesday 7 May.

At 1.30am on Monday 5 May in Ogle Street, Hucknall, a report of two males and two females screaming and shouting and pushing each other into the road. One white male, early 20’s, 5-09”, wearing a black t-shirt urinated in the street.

At 4.26pm on Monday 5 May on the Recreation Ground at the back of the Leisure Centre, Linby Lane, Hucknall, a group of around six males, dressed mainly in black, some wearing balaclavas, and one female in pink tracksuit bottoms were smashing glass bottles on the ground.

At 8.08pm on Wednesday 7 May in In Titchfield Park, Morven Drive, Hucknall, a report of around 15 youngsters, 13 to 18 years old, smoking cannabis and riding around on dirt bikes.

At 8.42pm on Wednesday 7 May in Bestwood Road, Hucknall, a report of a group of four to eight youths causing issues in the area outside the Bestwood Store, between 5.00pm and 9.00pm most days. They stand outside shouting and swearing, kick the door and throw stones.
