Unfortunately over the Bank Holiday weekend there has been a burglary at West Coast Railway Jesson Way in Crag bank Carnforth,

A large number of tools were taken  which belong to individual workers and so today they couldn't carry out their roles on the railway.

On a positive note after carrying out extensive enquires yesterday and today we have recovered all these tools and have 2 people in custody.

We are still carrying out further enquiries in relation to a high value theft of tools from a van in Millhead. This occurred on Saturday 3rd May between 13:00hrs and 15:00hrs .

If you are offered any New condition Milwaukee tools or are aware of someone selling some please call 101 or report online immediately. 

Please be extra vigilant by not leaving tools in vans overnight where possible and always make sure your vehicle is locked.
