On Saturday 3 May (today) at around 0350hrs there was an attempted theft of a Lexus vehicle on Breakspear Road South on the stretch of houses between the two long slip roads. Two males set off the vehicles alarm and fled, but caused some damage to the wheel arch trying to gain access to the wiring. Action required please: Do you have CCTV near the scene that may help the police? In particular it is believed that vehicles used by the criminals were seen in the long slip road to the north, which leads to and joins Copthall Road West. If so, please contact the police on 101 quoting the above crime number.
