Hello, Here’s a quick round up from the Kingstanding neighbourhood policing team.

What’s been happening.

Officers have been conducting proactive foot cycle and transport network patrols throughout Kingstanding to disrupt criminality and ASB.

Officers have seized a stolen motorcycle on WITTON LODGE ROAD.

Kingstanding PCSO’s have assisted west midlands fire service and railway engineers after a Bridge strike by an Articulated Lorry on Summer Road Erdington.

Kingstanding PCSO’s have located a male after a report from the public saying he was suicidal and we have ensured that medical professionals were able to give the care required.

Joint Traffic operation at the circle with Kingstanding and Perry Barr Neighbourhood team, Road Harm Reduction Team, Resulting in a number of reports for the offence of no insurance and other offences and 1 male reported and summons to court for disqualified driver.

A prolific shoplifter has been arrested for times 5 offences has been Arrested and Remanded in custody.

“Community speed watch”

We have conducted a speed watch on Witton Lodge road, we would like to create more groups so we are still inviting Members of the public to join our community speed watch, if you are interested in keeping your roads safe and to reduce Road Harm and speed related road traffic collisions then please contact us for more information.

“STREETWATCH”

We are looking for volunteers to form street watch groups in KINGSTANDING,

“MOBILE POLICE STATION”

We are waiting to comfirm Dates for the mobile police station and will inform you as soon as we know. We will be offering crime prevention advice, we will also be giving out panic alarms window alarms and vehicle protection.
