Community priorities

Hello Resident

Based on your feedback from Herts connected and the priority surveys we put together our 3 community priorities:

Bovingdon

Parking on the high street and ASB outside the library

Regular patrols during key times such as school drop off, joint partnership working with DBC to ensure enforcement of parking restrictions.  We have also been made aware of reports of ASB around the doctors surgery and library we will ensure regular foot patrol in the area and work with local schools and residents to identify those responsible.

Kings Langley

Speeding and ASB

High visibility patrols in and around the high street, utilise police speed gun operations ensuring that more staff are trained in using the kit to ensure greater coverage.  Target the ASB areas with dedicated patrols on foot identify those responsible and take positive action.  Work with schools and the local community to educate and target offenders.

Apsley/Corner hall

ASB in the marina and surrounding areas

Dedicated foot patrols in the marina and surrounding areas to tackle the ASB problem, work with local residents and businesses to identify those responsible.  Work with DBC to ensure a unified approach and take enforcement action where appropriate.

We highlighted these based on your feedback from the priority survey so if you have any issues locally please complete the surveys so we understand the issues affecting you.

Local officers will be out and about so please come and have a chat if you do see us.

Kind regards
