Pc Holmes-Small and Pc Swindell responded to reports of a shoplifting at B & M Swadlincote. Within minutes they located and detained a male found in possession of the stolen property.
Jeff TAYLOR, 36yrs, of no fixed abode has been charged with :- Theft from shop x2 and Assault on an Emergency services worker, he has been recalled to prison pending sentencing
