Nursery Visit

Good Afternoon Resident

During the Easter half term PC Bobby Hills and I did a visit at Junior Day Nursery in Tonbridge. We got to meet around 50 of the small children, show them the police vehicle and let them try on some hats!! Although the children are so young I believe it is important for them to know the role of the police from an early age and to have positive interactions with them. We discussed what number they call in an emergency, what the police can do to help them and what information is important for them to remember, such as their parents names and where they live.

It was a lovely visit and everyone seemed to enjoy the morning :)

Kind regards

Olivia
