Date and time: Between 12:50pm and 13:05pm on Tuesday 29th April 2025.
Details: Two offender have climbed over the rear garden gate and gain entry through the bathroom window, by forcing the window open. They conducted a search of the property and shed in the garden before being disturbed by the house alarm.

(Lock snapping method, involves breaking the cylinder to then manipulate the lock to open.)

Where possible please make sure house alarms are set when the property is vacant or when you go to bed and decent motion activated lighting and CCTV cameras are set up at the front and rear of your property. Installing anti-snap locks at the front and rear of your house will also reduce the chance of your house being targeted. 

A steering wheel lock is a great deterrent against this kind of crime. Car alarms, immobilisers and trackers are also worth investing in. Good quality CCTV equipment covering your driveway is also a deterrent and can give officers valuable footage to assist with apprehending thieves.
