Free bike marking events at Co-Ops in Cambridge

Dear Resident,

We are holding a series of bike marking events at Co-Ops across the city over the coming months. If you own a bike, or know someone who does, share this email and come along to get your bike marked for free.

2 May - 3pm-5pm - 3 Godmanchester Street, Cambridge, CB3 9HY

14 May - 12pm-3pm - 414 Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 1SU

17 May - 12pm-2pm - 177 Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 3AN

30 June - 10am-12pm - 6 Atkinson Corner, Cambridge, CB1 3RU

28 July - 3pm-5pm – 1 Milton Road, Cambridge, CB1 1UY

The process takes about 10 minutes and follows the below steps:

1. Add your bike details to the National Police-approved database

2. Mark and protect your bike with a security marking kit

3. Reduce the risk of theft by warning thieves that your bike is marked and increase the chances of you being reunited with it, if it happens to get stolen.

You'll need to bring your bike and frame number with you (this can normally be found on the bottom bracket of the bike). We also ask that you register with BikeRegister before you arrive.

We look forward to seeing you there.
