Dear resident,

Humberside Police are investigating reports of Anti-Social Behaviour on Arthur Street, Withernsea.

The reported incident occurred on 30/04/2025 between 00.15 - 00.45 . The reports describe behaviour including Kicking cars , throwing bricks, objects and banging on doors. 

The offenders are described as - 2 male youths, 16 - 17 years old, one wearing a long sleeved navy jack, with dark hair, the other was a larger build. 

If you have any CCTV footage (including video doorbell), saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around this time or have any information about the offenders please contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting occurrence ref: log  0010 30/04/2025

Although Anti-Social Behaviour isn't a crime, it can still have a big negative effect on those people who are victims of it, leaving them feeling anxious and living in fear.
