Crime Number: 01/7426877/25

A LEXUS vehicle was stolen at around 0536hrs hours yesterday, Monday 28th April, from LONG LANE, Ickenham by unknown suspects.  The theft took place on the even numbered side of the road, close to the junction with MILTON ROAD.
 

Action required please:

Given the accurate timeframe, could residents within a close radius of this crime please check CCTV and video doorbells, especially if you live opposite on the odd numbered side looking across the road towards the scene - do you see suspects on foot, or a potential suspect vehicle moving around in the 15 minutes before the theft? If you did see a suspect vehicle, from which direction did it arrive, where did it park, and in which direction did it depart afterwards?  If so the police would like to hear from you please using the contact points listed below.  Please also remember to quote the crime number above.

Crime Prevention:

Lexus vehicles have been targeted recently in the area - the last FIVE thefts were all of Lexus vehicles.  Please make sure that you fit a physical steering lock to your vehicle, or use a driveway bollard etc. to deter theft.  If you have a tracker fitted make sure that you know how to use it.  Consider using a security tag compatible with Apple or Android devices to help track your vehicle if it is stolen.
