We are continuing to receive reports of nuisance electric bikes being ridden around the streets of Hornsea these bikes are predominantly black but one particular bike has yellow and blue decals on the sides, the riders do not wear helmets but usually have their hoods up covering their faces.

It is an offence to ride these electric bikes on a public road.

If you have seen these electric bikes or have any information of where they are and who is riding them please let me know so we can speak to those involved.
