Dear Ashford Neighbourhood Watch Coordinators, 

I am pleased to let you know that that a fellow Ashford NHW coordinator and member of the Ashford Residents Association (ARA) Penny Kielty, has agreed to take on the role of NHW Area Coordinator for Ashford. Penny will shortly be added to all 23 watches in Ashford. I hope that you will all join me in welcoming Penny into this new role.
