Yesterday the Ashby Neighbourhood Team were made aware of a shop theft on Lakeside where a large amount of wash powder and other cleaning products were stolen. The 2 adult male suspects were soon located, and after a quick response and foot chase across the Queensway the 2 were detained and the stolen goods recovered. 

Both suspects were arrested and taken to Birchin Way Custody where they were later charged.
