Officers from the Hucknall Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding beat surgeries on the following dates.

Between 4.00pm on Wednesday16 and 9.00am on Thursday 17 April in Beauvale Road, Hucknall a static caravan on an allotment next to the owners house was broken into via a rear window. The only item stolen was a cake.

Theft of motor vehicle

Between 11.00pm on Saturday 19 and 11.30am on Sunday 20 April in Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, a green Benelli motorbike was stolen from the roadside. It has been recovered by the owner but has suffered a considerable amount of damage.

Robbery

A report at 3.15pm on Monday 21 April in Watnall Road, Hucknall, the caller and his friends were approached by a white male with tattoos on his hands, wearing a balaclava, black coat with hood up and black trousers. He asked for cigarettes but was told they were underage. He then asked to use the callers phone but was refused. He then threatened to take his friends phone and smash the callers face. He slammed the caller into a bus shelter before making off on foot down Farleys Lane.

Criminal Damage

At 6.30pm on Thursday 17 April in High Street, Hucknall, a report of issues with a group of around 10 boys and girls, ages 15/18 years. Some climbed a drainpipe to get to the roof of the property and from there onto the B&M store. The climbers were wearing black jumpers and hoods, grey trousers, one in a blue T-shirt. The drainpipe is damaged and now leaks.

Overnight Friday 18 to Saturday 19 April in Cherry Avenue, Hucknall, a ring doorbell was pulled off a wall and smashed.

Around 9.15pm on Monday 21 April outside Chatsworth Court, Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, an attempt was made to smash the window of a Mercedes Sprinter ASDA delivery van and a rock or stone was used to scratch the paintwork on bumper and sides of the van.

Between sometime on Sunday 20 April and 2.00pm on Monday 21 April in Millbank Place, Bestwood Village, paint or a liquid of some sort was thrown over a black Honda Jazz Vtec car.

At 3.40pm on Sunday 20 April in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a report of five off road bikes and a quad bike being ridden at speed near the solar panel farm. The reporter had to stand out of the way to avoid being run over.

At 6.25pm on Tuesday 22 April in Linby Walk, Hucknall, a report of a group of around eight, 13/16 year old teenagers, at the top of a private lane to a property making a lot of noise and scattering rubbish. 

At 7.26pm on Tuesday 22 April on the Ranges, Wighay Road, Hucknall a woman was walking her dog on the Ranges off Broxtowe Drive when a male, age 14/15 years, riding an off road bike with no helmet, nearly ran over her dog.
