Good morning,

I am the local PCSO of the area, I am sending you all this message to notify you that I will be on Ebberns Road the 24th of April around 10:00 to conduct some house to house, talk to the local residents and see if there are any issues in your area. Also, I will bring some leaflets to give out that will give you some advise of how to prevent specific crimes that could target you or your properties. I will also bring some Herts Connected leaflets to give to who is not on the system yet, hoping to sign more people up and let them know how this system can be helpful for them. 

I will really appreciate if you could answer to this message to let me know if you will be available on this date/time or if I should reschedule it for a better date/time. Thanks in advance, I am looking forward to speak to all of you.
