For anyone this concerns, I would like to inform you that after several incidents reported and attendance from GMFRS over recent months we have attended the area to obtain an idea of the issue/ footprint of the site.

I have obtained some photos of access and egress from Hollin Lane and from Langley Lane via the New Housing estate footpath as marked on the attached image.

Photos and an email has been sent on in an attempt to get something done with the site.

In the meantime, if you experience any issues with this building please don't hesitate to log it via 101 or Live Chat, 999 should be used in an emergency situation ie Fire, ongoing damage or where it is affecting the wider community imminently.
