Police Dog visit to Mini Cadets at St Marys Primary School, Swanley

Good Morning,

The Sevenoaks Child Centred Policing Team (CCPT), have continued running the weekly mini police cadet programme at St Mary's Primary School, Swanley.

Last week the children were visited by PD Hector, who is a a drugs, cash and weapons detection dog. The children learnt about the work Hector and his handler do and also tried on some Police Uniform and looked at two police vehicles.

The children have their final session this week, which is their social action week. The children have decided to do a litter pick at St Marys recreation ground and have designed posters aimed at deterring littering, which you will be able to spot around the Swanley area.

Kind Regards

Claire
