Crime Report Sutton in Ashfield for the week to midnight Wednesday 26 March 2025

At 10.30pm o Saturday 22 March in Evans Avenue, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of two males carrying things on a building site. They were both tall, one wearing a mask and a grey hoodie, the second in a dark top and grey bottoms.

Theft of motor vehicle

Between Saturday 1 March and 2.38pm on Friday 21 March in Chatsworth Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a back Mercedes C220 estate, with a broken drivers side rear brake light, was stolen.

Theft from motor vehicle

Around 10.40pm on Sunday 23 March in Garden Lane, Sutton in Ashfield, a window of a white Audi A1 three door saloon car was smashed with a concrete slab and a faux Louis Vuitton bag was stolen.

Criminal Damage

At 1.48pm on Sunday 23 March in The Oval, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a group of teenagers throwing bricks at the empty Shires Care Home building smashing the windows.

Between 6.00pm on Tuesday 25 and 7.00am on Wednesday 26 March in Stoneyford Road, Stanton Hill, Sutton in Ashfield entry was gained to the Gleeson Homes building site by breaking through a fence. Four houses had windows smashed with bricks but non were entered.

At 3.00pm on Tuesday 25 March in Saville Road, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, two off road bikes, which had been causing issues on Mansfield Road, were parked and the riders sat on a bench opposite St Andrews School smoking or vaping. Both were wearing black clothing and balaclavas. One bike was black and neon green in colour.
