Dear resident,

Over the past 3 nights in the OLTON area there have been 3 residential burglaries, where the suspects have been targeting vehicles, searching for the keys and stealing the vehicles. 

Burglary is a priority for the Solihull neighbourhood team, if you have any concerns or would like prevention advice to better secure your home please contact your local neighbourhood team, on the email below.

If you see anything you believe to be suspicious through the day or night please contact the LEOS neighbourhood team 

Where possible please make sure house alarms are set when the property is vacant or when you go to bed and decent motion activated lighting and CCTV cameras are set up at the front and rear of your property. Installing anti-snap locks at the front and rear of your house will also reduce the chance of your house being targeted.
