If you ride an Electric Bike - Please make sure they are LEGAL to drive.  

Please check your Bike complies with the below:-

The maximum speed at which the motor can propel the vehicle in mph or km/h

 - This must still not exceed 15.5mph ( 25km/h) assisted whilst pedalling

The maximum continuous rated power of the motor

- Once again this must not exceed 250 watts

- Should not go over 3.7mph unassisted. 

We have received concerns from the Public regarding these Electric assisted Pedal bikes and the Local Neighbourhood Team have and will continue to target these concerns.
