School/Community Engagement - Hadfield Infants re Parking Issues

Glossop SNT - School and Community Engagement

PCSO Buller from Glossop YET (Youth Engagement Team) attended Hadfield Infant School, Merseybank Rd, Hadfield, this morning, Monday 24th March.

This was in relation to reports of poor and in considerate parking on Merseybank Rd and Chapel Lane during school, drop off and pick up times, near to the Infant school itself..

An assembly had been arranged for this morning where parents and residents were invited to pop into school and discuss any issues, thus giving the team an opportunity to engage and listen to them and outline what actions will be taking place there soon.

130 questionaires (see below) were left for parents to complete and a further 27 were posted to nearby residents -  asking for their opinions about reported  poor and inconsiderate parking on or near Merseybank Rd, Hadfield.
