A man has been locked up after officers found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone in Rugeley.
Kevji Sula, 26, from Tamworth, was stopped by officers from our major and organised crime proactive team on Market Street in the town on 26 September last year.
When they searched Sula and the Fiat 500 he was driving, they found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone.
At Stafford Crown Court on Wednesday (19 March) he was given a 21-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine).
He was also given a 23-month sentence to run concurrently after he admitted acquiring, using and possessing criminal property.
We’re taking the fight to serious and organised crime groups in Staffordshire by working proactively to put a stop to those harming local communities, as part of our Operation Target commitment.
